Working files, source files, and unused concepts remain the property of HypheMotion unless explicitly transferred.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in the project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional fees or adjusted timelines.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You agree to pay for work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.
